cheque drop box is now available at Yamuna block near B2 block

Monthly maintenance fees paid by residents is the oxygen that enables the show to go on.

Sanjay currently spends a lot of time going around from flat to flat collecting the cheques. Some people make him visit 4-5 times before the cheque is given.

As an alternative, we have now introduced a cheque drop in box. Yamuna residents can now drop in your maintenance cheques in the drop-box and Sanjay will give you the receipts. This box is located near the security table in the B2 block parking area.

Please use this box and deposit your cheques before 10th of each month and cooperate. You can also use this box for complaints, suggestions, etc. Of course, a better idea for such things is to use this website!
