I am speechless !!! ( DESILTING NUISANCE )

DESILTING.........DESILTING.......DESILTING......
is it supposed to be such a big NUISANCE for the residents?i really do not know what to say about this action..but really ITS CROSSING THE LIMITS...when they had done this work a few months ago, it was fine with us because they had dumped everything over the land nearby..but this time what they did is RIDICULOUS..they dumped everything over the ROAD BEHIND MALAPRABHA..it is not a nice scene for our eyes..Haven't anybody from the committee or any other resident noticed this? i dont think so....ALL MIGHT HAVE SEEN THIS!!! they dont have time to respond.. will that road be back to its normal state ever?...that big JCB/ buldoser can do even more harm with its giant hand like thing while removing that waste from the road and making our road a permanent loser WITH ALL PITS..!!!
and the WORST PART happened YESTERDAY NIGHT...i had noticed this tendency 2 days back ..and you know what happened yesterday? those stupid people started the work with that "ECO FRIENDLY, NOISELESS" JCB/buldoser AT AROUND 11:45 PM ..REALLY AROUND MIDNIGHT..can u IMAGINE? we were about to sleep and witH that "SWEET NOISE" AROUND "WE COULD SLEEP NICELY!" hope you got the point!!!
what is happening to NGV? what do these people(WORKERS/OUTSIDERS) think of themselves? isn't there anybody to react? it will be nice if they can understand that NGV IS NOT A CONSTRUCTION SITE to come and do whatever they feel like doing at inappropraite/odd times BUT A RESIDENTIAL AREA..you should have watched that scene..(dont worry,we have caught a video,will upload it soon in youtube)
and see what is happening now! these workers are not anywhere near the area..they dont work during the daytime...why cant they do all these jobs in the morning and let the residents have a peaceful time in the evening/night....THEY DO ONLY NIGHT DUTY,i think!!! they are really stupid..THEY DESTROYED OUR ROADS AND NOW DESTROYING OUR HEARTS TOO !!!
where should i complain regarding this? should i inform the police? or the security(eventhough i know that its not going to make any difference, security in malaprabha is really bad)..or any of the committee member, i tried calling a person in the morning, but switched off !
is there some way to prevent this? where should we go and tell? whom should we contact? how can we bring the peace back into our lives in NGV?
should i inform the POLICE? will it help?
