NGV IS DETERIORATING !!!

NGV IS DETERIORATING! :-( :-( :-(
it really HURTS to say this !!! Until a few months ago, i had ONLY respect to NGV, but its really pathetic to see the happenings around..
i even witnessed 3 people sitting at a CORNER OF OUR PARK and drinking something and eating something and we watched them thoroughly and finally we could make out that they were AUTODRIVERS FROM OUTSIDE, who came here for a chat ! i tried to take a photo without flash (without them noticing), bt it didnt work out ! why should hey come here? what is their motive? dont we see security personnel sitting at some entrances to the park? yes we do see..but what are they doing?no idea....
its not that none of us had gone to any other residential apartments and seen the security system there...havent u met wit the formalities existing in almost all such good apartments to visit our relative/friend staying there?
who should react to this? all these things point to the ineffective security system...i had poined out this in several posts earlier too but there is no difference..also i feel there is no point in posting all these things in this community..Nobody responds..at times i feel,only 2 or 3 members post blogs n all...
my heart is full and i dont get more words to explain all these things...
