Who will determine our freedom inside NGV ???

This is a open question put forward to all of you.... who will determine our freedom inside NGV? Is it by a bunch of hooligans(mostly outside people visiting NGV complex almost everyday) or by the police who has nothing to do except harassing people or we ourselves????

NGV has always been a ideal place for people from outside NGV as a place for chit-chat, smoke, doing wheelie in their enormously roaring bikes and many other things. Now because of many complaints from residents police has come into action and is patrolling frequently and asking people to go out when they see them in a group. One way this is good but because of this even we are getting similar behavior from police. It happened with me that today I was having tea in a shop below kauvery block and one police came and said some thing, being a non-kannadiga, I couldn't understand much but I made out that he asked me to leave. This also happened with me the other day. Same thing. Now my question is that being a resident of NGV, cant I go out and drink tea in the tea stalls.

I have seen guys, going to back side road and preparing ganja and having it behind the trees. So, if these are happening, why cant police look into these and many other wrong things that are happening rather than preventing people from having tea. Later I come to know that the residents of that block has complained about noise becoz of people coming and smoking in front of the tea stall. But the problem here is that mostly people who comes in a group are make noise are from outside NGV.

As we have two gates in NGV, why cant we have a entry system(may be a register) at the gate so that the security persons appointed can screen people from entering NGV. In that way, all these problems will not happen or will reduce to some extent. And at least we will get back our freedom from roaming around NGV campus without any problem from police, or without creating any problem to others.
